1. What MycoMapper is

MycoMapper is a weather and geographic data tool for mushroom foragers. It summarizes recent conditions into map-based scores and habitat views for scouting purposes.

2. No identification, medical, or safety service

MycoMapper does not identify mushrooms and is not a mushroom identification service, medical service, emergency service, or safety certification service. Maps, microcells, species-related views, scores, and other outputs are informational only.

3. No guarantee

MycoMapper does not guarantee the presence, absence, edibility, safety, legality, or accessibility of any mushroom or foraging location.

4. User responsibility and assumption of risk

You are solely responsible for identifying any mushroom you collect, deciding whether to forage, assessing weather and terrain, complying with local laws and land-access restrictions, and protecting your own safety outdoors.

Wild mushroom foraging and outdoor activity involve inherent risks, including poisoning, allergic reactions, injury, falls, weather exposure, and other hazards. By using MycoMapper, you acknowledge and accept those risks.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it.

6. Paid access and payments

Paid MycoMapper plans are one-time access passes. They are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically unless this is explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Access starts immediately after successful payment and remains active until the end of the selected access period.

Online payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle may handle checkout, payment processing, taxes, invoices, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, and related buyer support.

Business access may also be arranged directly, including payment by invoice where agreed.

7. Business use

Individual plans are intended for personal users and personal mushroom scouting.

For companies, sole traders, mushroom buyers, processors, and other organizations, MycoMapper may offer Business access for commercial use, tracking a larger number of locations, receiving reports, and using MycoMapper as part of business activities.

8. Billing support and refunds

MycoMapper is operated by Undergrid, obrt za računalno programiranje, Croatia.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Because MycoMapper provides immediate access to digital map data, forecasts, scores, and analysis tools, refunds may be limited once paid features have been used. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights.

9. Availability and changes

MycoMapper may change features, access levels, data sources, or availability at any time, including during testing periods.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MycoMapper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
