Refund Policy

1. One-time digital access

MycoMapper paid plans are one-time digital access passes. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Access starts immediately after successful payment and remains active until the end of the selected access period.

2. Paddle and refund handling

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle may handle checkout, payment processing, taxes, invoices, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, and related buyer support.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle's refund policy, and applicable consumer law. Consumers may have a 14-day right to withdraw where required by law.

3. Immediate access to a digital service

MycoMapper is a digital service that may be made available immediately after purchase. Because access can start immediately, refund eligibility may depend on whether access to the paid features has started, whether the service has been used or benefited from, and on the terms accepted during checkout.

4. Access problems or wrong-plan purchases

If you bought the wrong plan, paid twice by mistake, or cannot access the paid features after payment, contact us at [email protected] so we can help resolve the issue.

If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued where appropriate and in accordance with Paddle's policies and applicable consumer law.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, use the options provided in your Paddle receipt email or contact Paddle support through the receipt. You may also contact us at [email protected] and we will help direct your request.

6. Statutory rights

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply under your local law.
