Account and data deletion

You can delete your MycoMapper account and the main account data controlled by MycoMapper.

Delete from inside the app

Open the MycoMapper app, go to Account, then open Delete account. You must be logged in. The app will ask you to confirm before deletion.

Delete from the web

If you no longer have the app installed, you can log in on the web and delete your account here:

What is deleted

  • your MycoMapper sign-in account,
  • saved locations linked to your account,
  • MycoMapper access entitlement records linked to your account,
  • live-sharing sessions and location pings linked to your account.

What may remain temporarily

Some technical logs, backups, security records, payment-provider records, or legally required records may remain for a limited time according to their own retention rules.
